🔹 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. 🔹 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $100 cancellation fee. – Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee. – If no deposit was made, the full $100 fee will be due. 🔹 For vitamin injection appointments, the cancellation fee is $40. 🔹 Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. 🔸 Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply. 🔸 Complimentary consultations require a deposit, which will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. Please note: Cancellation fees must be paid before booking any future appointments or receiving additional treatment. After any no-show or repeated last-minute cancellations, a non-refundable $250 deposit will be required to book future appointments. ⛔ Multiple no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
