Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are only transferrable once, if rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
A minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations outside of this window, result in a $50 cancellation fee, deducted automatically from the credit card on file. In the event that a deposit was not made the cancellation fee will total $100. Vitamin injection appointments result in a 40$ fee.
The cancellation fee must be paid before rescheduling or receiving treatment with an outstanding balance.
More than 1 no-show will result in discharge from practice.
