🔹 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. 🔹 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a $100 cancellation fee.  – Any deposit you’ve paid will go toward this fee.  – If no deposit was made, the full $100 will be due. 🔹 For vitamin injection appointments, the cancellation fee is $40. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred only once if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. 🔸 If you’re more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and the cancellation fee may apply. 🔸 For complimentary consults, the $50 deposit will be withheld for first-time no-shows or late cancellations. A second no-show or late cancellation will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
